Florida Gator economics (Go Gators!) & USF Vinik Sport & Entertainment Management MBA grad with additional time serving at IMG Academy, Mississippi State, and now Oklahoma State. Have launched the use of analytics in 4 college athletics departments.

About the Second Vice President/Secretary role

The Second Vice-President/Secretary shall:

1. perform the duties of the office of President in the absence of the President and First Vice President or in case of the President’s and First Vice President’s inability to act;
2. shall keep, or cause to be kept, a correct roll of the members of the Corporation with their addresses, and he or she shall take and keep, or cause to be taken and kept, correct and accurate minutes of the proceedings of all meetings of the members of the Corporation, the Board of Directors, and the Executive Committee(if any); and
3. have such other powers and shall perform such other duties as the Board of Directors shall, from time to time, specifically prescribe.
